Had an extremely loud tankless water heater and read that the fan motor in these units are not serviceable/sealed. Purchased this and was able to install this item fairly easy. This solved the loud motor issue and it's quiet now. The item arrived safely packaged and quickly from this company. I would order other parts from them again.
