I would definitely buy this product again

LOVE this product!
I purchased this model n 2015, eight years ago, and just went online to get details for a friend who wants to purchase one. I use it daily in cold months (Sept through May) in my upstate NY home and it looks as new as it did when I had it installed. I LOVE it - one of the best decisions I have made. Highly recommend this.

Bad finish
I have one of these in a BR that I built 15 years ago. About 5 years in there started to be flaking paint followed by rust in the middle of the panels. Now it is to that there is flaking and rust all over. I need to remove it and refinish.

Rust!
Product rusted at the welded joints on both radiators. Runtal refused to honor the warranty. Radiators rusted after 3 years.

I would buy this product again and again!
This is the second Runtal towel warmer/heater I have purchased, and they are amazing! The heat is steady and great, you can throw a towel or robe over it to be warm and toasty when you get out of the shower, the low profile and clean, European lines make a great statement!
