Good product
I started with buying one of these for radon mitigation at my house. I have since bought two more, one for my shop and one for a rental property. Reasonably priced, quiet, works as it should.

I would buy this product
Easy install once you buy the correct rubber boots to adapt to your exhaust pipe. A little noisy, but installed in the basement.

The fan is easy to install when replacing existing. The fan works great. The u tube manometer showed excellent pressure immediately.

Does the job
The couplings are a challenge to get on, but once you slip them on with some soap water all is well. Suction is strong & unit is quiet.

The radon fan installation instructions were lacking and it makes more noise than I expected, but it has lowered the radon levels significantly.

Chose this because of its warranty
I purchase this to replace a failed fan. And if you're doing some research the most popular fans do not honor warranties when done without a professional. I reached out to the manufacturer to ask about their warranty, and they will honor it even if a non-professional installs it.
