Excellent quality and easy mounting.
We've installed about a dozen of these for bathroom vent fans and so far no problems. Very quiet operation and good flow. Easy mounting. We prefer mounting these over the Panasonic and Broan in line fan models, but so far we haven't had any failures any of these three manufacturers that have been in service for 5+ years now.

I will be ordering more of these
We use these as gasper fans to pull hot air off a high bay and duct it to floor level. These move a lot of air without the noise associated with cheaper in line fans.
