25 Watt T7 Incandescent Bulb - Clear - Candelabra base - 130 Volt (15 Pack)

I had to order a minimum of 15 small light bulbs and accidentally ordered the wrong size. In trying to communicate with customer service via email, they were slow to respond and were not helpful. I sent a picture of the bulb I ordered and the bulb I needed and asked if I could return or exchange the bulbs. I specifically stated that the bulbs I ordered were the wrong size, but they persisted over a period of a week and two vague replies that I confirmed the bulbs had not been used. I made it clear in my first message that I could not use the bulbs. It's been like pulling teeth. I now have 15 bulbs that I cannot use. My mistake, but I expected a higher level of response. I cannot imagine ordering a higher priced item from this company based on my experience.
