The push-fit connections are compatible with any combination of Copper, PEX, CPVC or PE-RT pipes and require no solder, glue, unions or additional tools to connect. This multi turn valve allows for the regulation for water flow and features a durable forged body for strength. It also includes an integrated drain vent for easy cold-weather maintenance and protection against freezing.

Sharkbite fittings are awesome...
I've used a bunch of Pex spreading water around the farm. This is my first time using the sharkbite fittings and they worked great. Didn't need to worry about getting clearance to use the clamping tool; just pushed them on and they worked great...and without leaks. Great option for plumbing wannabes like myself. My brother introduced me to Pex and for this I am grateful.

Perfect
