I live in the Hudson Valley and searched high and low and also on online to find the replacement part I needed for the 8" sillcock. Nobody had it, nobody could get it, or I had to order 250 of them to get help from one online company. When I dared call SupplyHouse.com, a real human being answered my call, and he was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable with what I had been searching for. I ordered three kits just to be safe, and I received all three even though this part was on back order. If ever I need another replacement part for anything, I will forego the local drama and disappointment and immediately call SupplyHouse. What a super company: your phone rep did not 'speak down' to me because I was a woman, the price was right and SH delivered as promised. Thank you!

Saved the Day
After a few misfires due to lack of information, I happened on SupplyHouse. This site has details (E.g., the actual stem length), that eliminate confusion and make getting it right, very easy. Additionally, no other site had the SharkBite stem in the length I needed. Easy install, perfect fit. Next time, I will definitely look here first!

The product works perfectly!
After a lot of search I found it in Supplyhouse. It fitted perfectly in the patio tap which was 20 years old. No more waterleak and I wish I should have searched first in supplyhouse.
