Q: can you connect pex to the outlets? Or do you have to sweat a conversion fitting onto it first?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffYou would need to solder a copper pipe x PEX adapter in order to connect PEX to the outlets (or the inlets). Sioux Chief also offers manifolds with 1/2" PEX crimp outlets

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffThe 678-20644 has 1/2" male sweat outlets and 1" sweat inlets. It does not have to be connected to pex pipe.
