Q: What is a difference between regal and royal flushometers?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffOutside of their unique cosmetics, the main difference is that the Royal valve has a dual-filtered diaphragm and the Regal does not. The Royal also uses synthetic rubber in its inside components, which hold up to chemicals in the water better than the natural rubber parts in the Regal valve.
