Wrong item for the urinal
This is the 1 gallon per flush unit. I bought it for a urinal, and it ran on for over 20 seconds per flush, which was way too long. I ordered the .5 gallon per flush unit, and it ran for only about 10 seconds, which was perfect. Maybe this one is better for a toilet, and not a urinal.

It helped solve an old problem
A urinal never functioned properly after installation. It would not completely flush and if the flow was increased, would splash out on to the floor. We ordered the rebuild kit and upon installation discovered that the original parts were not the correct ones and the diaphragm was severely corroded. This led us to believe the installer had put in used parts. The rebuild kit fixed the problem and everything works correctly now.
