I "will" purchase here again.

The filter plug purchased was of course just a filter plug as was needed. My review is centered on this website and the company that runs it. Great spare to always have around

My water quality used to be really bad and I had to get a new plug after I cross threaded and ruined my old one working in our dirt crawl space. I made the mistake of going to my local plumbing supply store. They didn't carry Takagi but ordered it for me. Ridiculous results. Took 3 weeks and shipping was $22.50. I was livid. Mind you, the whole time I was stuck with the old cross threaded one jammed back in the port poorly, leaking in that dirt crawl space and using the water heater as my heat source in -10F weather. So I learned the lesson to always have spares of any part that gets removed and reinstalled regularly because mistakes can and will happen. Supply House has the right parts at great prices. I have called when I needed something and got good answers. Shipping was fast and inexpensive. I always check them first.
