It worked perfectly. Wire colors even matched up, but check your diagram anyway to be safe. No more whining blade and the thing spins like a champ again. DIYing this myself save me at least $1k maybe more on a service call to have someone come out and repair it.

This product was easy to find and was plug and play. My 1997 AC is humming along nicely again.

OEM motor worked perfectly, 24 year old CRANE AC system still works like new.

It runs a bit faster than the original one and is about one inch longer. I had to move the fan blade about one inch higher to prevent it from binding on the coil below.

Fits perfect and works great

So Far this has been working great, very easy to install, the hardest part was getting the fan blade off. As an added bonus, it seems to make the AC unit work more efficiently. I don't know if the old motor was not able to spin as fast as it should or if the extra 50 rpm makes the difference but my AC unit is working better then it has in years.

Perfect fit old motor had studs also so made swapping over a breeze. The old motor used a 40/4 capacitor this one calls for 40/5 so order one at the same time to save yourself the trouble. Supplyhouse.com was easy to use and very quick to ship.

Local HVAC shops all but refused to help me but Supply House made it super easy to match my unit to the exact motor I needed when mine locked up unexpectedly during a 100°F+ heat wave. It arrived just in time for some serious relief!

Exact fit replacement for the original condensor fan. That said, the new motor used studs where the original motor used small bolts for mounting. No info shipped with the motor indicating the stud size so I raided my hardware bins for the correct nuts. I am very happy with the very fast shipping too !

"Direct" replacement for my 25 year old condenser. Swapped in 20 mins. Did not come with a cap so order one separately.
