complete hassle
It was time I replace my turbo torch which I had purchased years ago and have never had a problem with until it wore out. I ordered a new turbo torch handle thinking I could take the old one off and put the new one on. NOT! They changed the from a RH thread on my old torch to a LH thread on the new. The old torch came with a fitting to transition from the hose to the torch, the new one didn't. I got online and chatted with a SupplyHouse rep trying to get a fitting. The Rep had no idea what I was talking about, and our conversation ended with sorry I don't see we have a fitting to fix your problem. So living in a small town with limited resources I drive (70) miles round trip to a welding supply store to see if I could find a fitting. They are working on that right now but my project has been delayed for close to a month now and I'm still not sure if I can get my new torch attached to the existing hose.
