Horrible experience ordering!
I ordered this product over the phone. I live in Michigan, and was told I would receive NEXT day since part was being shipped from Ohio. Part did NOT arrive next day, OR following day! I called company to ask for a replacement (especially since UPS did not even show it was dropped off to them yet), but company refused, saying we had to "give it a few more days". BUT our heat was OUT! And we were going out of country for a month 2 days later, so COULD NOT WAIT! They made us order another part, and PAY for it, which fortunately did arrive next day. Part worked ok and got fixed before our trip. Original part finally arrived TEN DAYS after ordering, while we we out of country! APPARENTLY it was shipped out of their California warehouse (NOT Ohio), so took forever to get here. REALLY could have been an issue if I had not ordered/paid for second part! VERY unhappy with shipping error, and refusal to send replacement upon request when had not arrived a day after expected. Will really have to think again beforte ordering from this company again...

It looks good probably works great on natural gas but won't work on propane that's what my heater is.
