I would buy 3m tape again.
The tape is very easy to work with and seals well. I'll know better how it performs after I light up my wood boiler this winter. I used it to seal joints in the stove pipe. This is the first time I have used this particular tape for the pipe. I have used 3M tape for the stove pipes before that wasn't as high heat rated as this tape and that worked very well

The tape performs is as it is described.
The product is fine, however, the salesperson said it was rated for 600°F but the label says 450°F. Luckily for me, I only needed to exceed 400°F.....

This Product is excellent. I would recommend it.
I used this product on my home furnace. I taped all of the seams on my ducts. Everything is air tight now, and when the ducts get hot the tape holds up very well.
