This particular valve (part 43003) is designed to connect 1/2" PEX to a toilet.
Maybe. The fittings for toilets are not the same as for sinks and there can be different sink connections. It sounds as if you are homeowner (not a plumber) and are hesitant to order something and maybe find that you can't use it. My suggestion: look carefully at what is connected now (or the connections if it is new), look at your local big box store to see what will work and then go back and compare it to the fittings that PEX Supply has. They have an excellent stock of material and ship promptly and at very good prices. But you have to know exactly what you need and what you are getting.
I did in-fact use these valves on a kitchen sink. However I now prefer to use a ball valve and crimp/female coupling due to limited space behind the sink.
