Toilet flange repair
The 3' insert is the best option besides cutting the floor and install a new drain. When the existing toilet is 3" and the flange is below the floor level I use the Twistee Push-in for the best seal without busting the bank.
I'm licensed plumber for 30 years and recommend it.
