Made in the USA
This is the brand that my gas company uses so I chose it. I was pleased with the end result. I changed my supply gas line from 1.5" metal to 2" polyethylene underground. This was used for the above ground connection after reducing.

This is a quality part for the lamp I made
I have incorporated the pipe parts as an industrial crafted lamp. It hangs proudly in a cabin in Vermont. It is very important to me to use parts made in the USA, as imported parts do not align correctly, and many times they have bad threads. Also when used in lamps, the Ward or USA stamp is pride in America.

This is a reducing coupling so the two numbers are the two pipe sizes. One side of the coupling has a standard 1/8" female threaded connection (1/8" NPS/IPS/FIP) that will accept a standard steam radiator air vent, among other things. The other side’s connection is 1/2" female. The coupling’s length is 1 1/4".

No, it's a reducing coupling, 1/2" one end, 1/8" on the other. Typical length of a 1/2" coupling is 1-3/8"
