Replaced elements in an older non leadfree valve assembly. Thankfully the engineers used some sense and did not change the size of the element. worked perfectly

Thermostat for Watts DHW Tempering Valve
Watts sells their "normal" Tempering valve that delivers scaldingly hot water (120-160 degF) and is widely available in plumbing stores. But their low-temperature model (100-130) that makes sense for normal domestic hot water is much harder to find. I wanted to replace my high-temp thermostatic element with a low temp element, and after checking the model number with Ped Supply I placed my order. Apparently it was not correct, because I still get scalding water from my faucets, making the whole valve assembly a useless accessory. It amazes me that Watts does not make the low temp version more widely available. I was disappointed by this attempt to upgrade my valve.
