Series BD-QT Brass Quarter-Turn Boiler Drain Shutoffs are for use in commercial and residential hydronic heating systems. It consists of a brass body construction with 3/4 in. (20mm) hose thread connection on outlet side, adjustable Teflon stem packing, an aluminum quarter-turn tee handle with positive shutoff. The 1/2 in. inlet (15mm) model is available with a dual-pattern combination threaded and solder connection. The 3/4 in. inlet (20mm) model is available in threaded connections. Maximum Pressure: 200psi (13.8 bar) WOG.

Good valve but disappointed that it is made in China.
Before my purchase I asked if this valve was an import or US made and was told that it was US made. When I received it I saw that it was made in China. I was disappointed because of previous experiences with the porosity of the valve body castings on Chinese made valves. Since Watts is a very solid brand, I am hoping for the best.
