Series BD-QT Brass Quarter-Turn Boiler Drain Shutoffs are for use in commercial and residential hydronic heating systems. It consists of a brass body construction with 1/2 in. (20mm) hose thread connection on outlet side, adjustable Teflon stem packing, an aluminum quarter-turn tee handle with positive shutoff.

Yes, I would buy this again.
This valve has a packing nut, unlike other 1/4 turn ball valves that leak at the packing after use, creating a lot of unnecessary work to replace.

Nice drain valve, works easy
Nice drain valve to use on hot or cold water, boilers, water heaters, etc. Very handy to use for hose connections in the house or commercially. Easy and fast opening, brass construction makes it superior to all of the globe valve hose bibs.
