My valve is 30+ years old. This kit fit perfectly. It contained more seals and gaskets than necessary (I assume because it's applicable on several different models). It contained the necessary parts for my unit and installed easily. To my surprise, the 30+ year old valve disassembled and re-assembled without any issues.

Expensive for what you get.
Rebuilding the PRV was easy enough but unfortunately didn't quite work. My PRV went from not working at all to where it had just the tiniest internal leak. After the rebuild the pressure would creep up about 10 psi per hour. So if you were using some water the pressure was good but when everything was off it would eventually go too high which makes my toilets run.
My PRV was really old (25+ years) so some of the metal parts may be worn. Ended up buying a new unit, working great now.
My main complaint is this kit costs too much for what you get, just some seals and a new diaphragm.

Way Way overpriced
This kit has less than $10 in parts and they charge 160 and it did not work. What a waste.

Waste of money
You can read my review on Watts PRV. but the long story short, there is a cavitation or some similar damage to the chinabronze material they use around the gasket which made gasket replacement kit useless and once opened you are out of you 100+ dollars. The whole kit if assembled from mcmaster is 10 times cheaper. Anyway - if your watts PRV is leaking - do yourself a favor - just change the PRV, don't bother with gaskets. And if your are replacing PRV, look at other brands or at least look for one or install connections with union joint on both ends.

Size is unspecificed, but vital
This part is for a bell that is ~76mm in diameter. it does NOT fit one that is ~90mm. The fault lies with Watts, for changing the bell size at some point over the years, and then not differentiating in its replacement part description.Very frustrating. A better bet than getting this part is to swap out a failing Watts valve with one from a different manufacturer; the price is likely even cheaper.

Fixed my problem easily
My water pressure regulator stopped functioning. It is plumbed tight against the wall in my basement. The repair kit allowed me to rebuild it in place and not have to call a plumber. Works great. Took about 30 minutes.

If your regulator is malfunctioning this is what you need.
Only bummer is how expensive it is, but that's a Watts issue not a Supply House issue.
I only needed a couple of the piece parts in the kit but it got me back up and running.
