Good as new
I purchased a switch repair kit for my Rigid sump pump to replace the one in my six year pump so that i could use it should the new one I installed fail. I put the rebuilt pump on the shelf and will use it in case of an emergency until I could purchase and replace the existing one. Once the switch was replaced and the pump submerged in a barrel of water everything worked fine.

Q: Hello: I have a 3/4 HP Wayne sump pump model CDU980E. I would like to buy an extra switch as a spare. When I called Wayne directly and gave them the serial number of my pump, I was told it was manufactured in 2014 and that replacement switches were no longer available. It it possible that your switch is the correct one for my pump? Thank you very much
