Quick review of 1/4 turn petcock
I like this product, for me it is perfect. It will be mounted to an industrial stainless steel double bowl sink, but will be used to run a garden hose from the sink to the other side of my basement to fill 3 resevoir's for my hydroponic grow stations, sorry guys all vegetables. I love the 1/4 turn on/off and the connection for using expansion connections. I buy it again.

Nice Valve
Nice valve setup for ProPex. Especially like the oversize flange for repair jobs to hide an oversized hole and get into more solid material for mounting. Only problem I encountered was the cap nut stripping out on the stem. It appears the nut has recessed threads that wouldn't quite grab the stem enough. I ended up taking it off and filing it down to the threads, reinstalled and it worked fine. The nut is stainless. A different spec nut would work fine.

Nice Valve
Every fitting I have purchased from this company is immaculately manufactured, machined, and workable.
BUT TAKE NOTE!! THIS IS NOT NORMAL PEX. AND WHEN YOU RETURN IT, THEY DO NOT MAKE A REFUND FOR NOT IDENTIFYING IT SO YOU KNOW. This valve ONLY works with the type of system that expands the hose, and I use the SS crimp ring type, and the fitting poking out the back looks good in the photo but is much too large to work as you might suppose. There should be some sort of big note that the systems are different. It cost me over seven dollars to return the eight something dollar valve.
