Expected Sealed Box Item
Placeed a order to New Jersey Supply House location due to being closest parts supplier with item I needed. Paid few dollars more than other online suppliers for this reason.
Disappointed as item wasn't sent from NJ but from another location resulting in later than stated delivery date. More of a disappointment was the item was basically a open box item that was probably a return as the number of scribbled out Shipping labels. Being open box small assembly parts where missing that required a trip to hardware store.
Hopefully this current part purchase experience is a one time thing!
Have previously used.Supply House in the past for parts with good results..
