Heat Exchanger Replacement Kit for Ultra 155, 383-500-775

I found a corrosion hole in my out-of-warranty Ultra 155 heat exchanger during annual maintenance. This exchanger and kit worked out perfectly and the system is running great. The kit included all the necessary parts to update the wiring for the newer style heat sensors and the new style exhaust pipe went in place easily. The most challenging part of this repair was fitting the new intake and exhaust vent adapters in the top panel, but it worked out. I was very impressed by how quickly this arrived: ordered on Sunday, arrived mid-day Wednesday. Fantastic all around!

I ordered this to replace the damaged heat exchanger on my Weil-McLain Ultra 155 boiler. The original rotted and corroded though on the bottom casting near the condensate drain causing exhaust and water leaks and an obvious hazard. This new updated exchanger has a better drain in the exhaust area to lessen the likelihood of corrosion as in the original. The kit was a straight forward install with good instructions. It also has all of the service tune up parts sensors and gaskets included to make everything easy. It was packed so well it could be dropped from an aircraft without damage. Expensive but worth it.
