They eventually got it right
The first shipment was incomplete. I suspect it was a return and nobody checked the contents before it went back out. They sent a replacement which arrived complete, thankfully. Both shipments had delays due to the freight company scheduling (not Supply House fault), but as a result had to keep changing the date with my contractor doing the installation. The boiler is back in operation now which is great!
