Excellent service - Prompt ship - No fuss replacements
It is a pleasure dealing with Supply house and it's staff! They are prompt, courteous and efficient. I had a problem with the diff temp set screw, the support staff (Mr Sang) confirmed with the factory and promptly shipped me a replacement with a return label!

We are using this product with a Raychem heat trace system on gas line compressor stations in the oil field. So far we have installed around 50 of them and has no issues at all. they work perfectly for the application.
