Faulty out of the box 2x
S.H. Customer service was excellent as always but the product was garbage. Installed a Honeywell conversion kit in place of it.

just what I needed
Very good, I have an old gas heaters and had to replace valve, it has sensor , and a two wire control.
Also Supply house is very good at getting product out the door, which I need due to tenants with no heat, its important to get it back on ASAP
No problems with either been buying stuff for years now
