Just as described, and fit like OEM
The item was just the replacement I needed. It fit as it should have, did not require any modifications to be made, and solved the part of my problem it was responsible for. The furnace repair guy who came out to check my furnace said this part would be hard to find, and quite expensive. Thanks to Pex, it was neither.

Although we did buy this part AGAIN, because we had no choice, If you look at the reviews MANY customers complain about the life of the product.
We ordered this identical item almost 3 years to the day. Like many others this seems to be the life of this item. Always seems to give way in the middle of the winter. We have NO problem at all with Supplyhouse... we are disappointed as stated with the fact that a $250.00+ part only last 3 years... as stated the original lasted 25 years.... sad state of what has been going on in the world.

I works but for how long?
This sensor replaced a WR 3098-156 I installed on 6 January 2022. Seems like this part should last more than 3 years. Especially considering how expensive they are.
It fit perfectly and works as expected. I hope this one last more than 3 years.
