3/8" ODF BVS Series Refrigeration Ball Valve w/ Access Valve (R-410A)

We installed about 100 valves for a 410a VRF system all cores started leaking at about the 1yr mark. Here is the bad part. They say Emerson on the valve. Emerson doesn't NOT have support. Copeland has ZERO support. White Rodgers orders these valves from the UK in BULK.from ALCO valves. They have ZERO part numbers for the access port cores (aka schrader vlaves). Being thwy are made in the UK thwy look close to dimension but any core we have in the US leaks. I spent hours and hours on the phone. To even call the UK from the USA. NO HELP AT ALL! STAY FAR away from these valves!!!! Also the valves come out on the plastic tag saying R-744 yet instructions say use worh 410a. Well R-744 Is Co2.. no oil in refrigerant. 410-a has POE.oil.

When in shut off position, it holds 200psig with zero leaks for days. however it is not deep vacuum capable, at least the 2 I installed each on Liquid and Suction lines leaked under deep vacuum. Also, the Valve cores at the 1/4" access ports look unique and I was unable to locate a replacement part number in the included documentation. Trying to call the listed support phone number was disconnected. Emerson is so big of a company, I have yet to locate the support number for this product line.
