The irony of it all...
After getting the most horrible service from York (put on hold TWICE for 20 minutes, never receiving a call back after 2 voicemails), I needed an original York sensor for a customers chiller. I always thought SupplyHouse.com was geared more towards general parts and supplied and didnt really specialize in niche parts like chiller sensors, but, I decided to check it out. Sure enough, they had the part in stock...OEM York, same part number, everything! The customer service at SupplyHouse confirmed the fit and they shipped it the very same afternoon...got it a day early! Part went into the chiller and worked right out of the box. York never did call me back after a month...SupplyHouse had it in the mail in minutes. Thanks SupplyHouse!
