Excellent customer service when I called to confirm the model number I needed. Shipped on the same day I ordered and received it a day later. Just finished installing the motor and it started up perfectly. No problems at all. I will definitely check SupplyHouse first when I need parts in the future.

Direct fit and no wiring. Just plug in and go. AC repair company wanted $500 to complete the job. I had the new motor in and functional within 30 minutes, using only household tools. Planning on buying another one for my other AC so I don't have to worry about that one seizing up.

Had a hard-to-find brand condenser that developed a noticeable fan rattle. So loud, you could hear it across the street. Go quoted almost $600 for HVAC technician to come and repair. While the unit is still under warranty, it doesn't include repair charges. Supply House found my unit, recommended this part, and sent it very quickly. While handy, I'm no HVAC tech. But, I managed to take apart the housing, remove the old fan, run the wired connector through the conduit and clips, go everything back up working inside of an hour. In the dark. Lol YouTube is a great resource.

My 14 year old York outdoor unit was vibrating and making horrendous noises. The fan motor shaft had a lot of play. I ordered this motor from Supply House and it plugged and bolted right in like the original motor. Wire harness, colors and plug exactly the same. I installed and when I turned the circuit breaker back on I found that this motor spins the fan blade in the opposite direction that the original motor did. I cut the red and black wires, reversed them, soldered and heat shrinked them. Now the motor turns in the correct direction. Good value priced motor to keep our old York running smoothly until we are ready to upgrade. Supply House are customer service champions in my opinion and here's why. I ordered this motor and it was scheduled to be delivered by UPS right at the time hurricane Harvey hit the Texas gulf coast. UPS held the package due to not being able to get to my area due to weather. I called UPS 4 different times trying to arrange to pick it up at another location and despite their promises, UPS completely dropped the ball and ended up sending the motor back to Supply House. I called Supply House and asked them to re-ship due to UPS's incompetence. The Supply House representative I spoke to was very apologetic (even though the situation was clearly not their fault) and they sent the motor back to me OVERNIGHT at no charge. I would think a 15lb motor sent overnight cost more to ship than I paid for it. These people really do care about their customers. Service like this is extremely rare. Supply House has a customer for life.
