The product is fine, sales person was fine, my only comment is shipping packaging needs to be better. A motor like this can be easily damaged and I know first hand that ups just throws these boxes as they're received into distribution. Putting those air bubble things in the box only matters if it surrounds the entire product. Time and again, this stuff ships where landing on the unprotected side will result in damage to the point of inoperable. This past January a tankless water heater was shipped for me (warranty unit) and it was so smashed up, I didn't want to use it. But the homeowner was already 4 days without hot water and didn't want to wait 4 more days to ship this back, and have another sent out. I had to swap the combustion blower from the old heater to the new as it hit so violently in shipping that the motor was wrecked. So disappointing…..
