HSI Ignitor, S1-025-29043-000

I looked for this product online and was having a hard time find the exact model I need. I found this company had many different models, but none of the online models had pictures to compare them with PexSupply.com's stocking number system. The details section also failed to include the description of any of them. I called the 1-800 number to get help and the associate was friendly and was helpful with what information his computer could give him (not much more than the internet showed). After recieving one we picked out which came in good condition, it was not the correct model for me. Instead of going through all the other models, and searching for the correct one I decided to go with another company who offers free and fast shipping. I have since mailed the wrong model back and I am awaiting my refund. I lost about $10 just in shipping charges to PexSupply.com and probably will not be ordering from them again.
