I am installing a new system and needed roof jack at the same time I was having roof replacement .
I ordered new heater and roof jack which were shipped in same box which bent roof.

Little off from the manufacturer
The cone shape opening at the top of the flashing was slightly off. Instead of the flue pipe being 90 degrees perpendicular to the flashing, the flashing would need to be turned about 6 degrees to be perpendicular. Hard to describe, but it looks like it was slightly not square from the manufacturer. I was able to make it work with the flashing above, but a little disappointed in the squareness of the assembly.
I used on an 8/12 roof with 4" z vent flue.

The hole is huge. Take the time to determine the pitch of your roof. It still was the cheapest from supply house though
