Would Buy this Kit Again -- perfect
This last emergency -busted hot water heater in crawlspace, and the pool was 7' round and 9-10" deep. This bonzer itty-bitty pump brought the water down to 2" in about 3 1/2 hours, and that was up a hose at a 15% grade 30 feet long. The water could have been lowed to the ground but I didn't want to start sucking dirt. When the plumber finally arrived, the pump was still yanking up water. All this work left the impeller in pieces.. not unexpected as I had given it hard work in the past with the same result. It worked very very hard. No question about it... I got online and ordered a new impeller gasket kit.. in fact ordered two. The pump is worth it, and the rubber impeller fits snug.
