I can finally sleep at night...
We have always worried about our sump pump failing and our finished basement flooding. Through the years we've made several efforts to try and stack the deck in our favor, but until installing the Smart Pak Plus Residential Alternator do I feel like we've finally hit on a system that is going to give us the most protection humanly possible -- two sumps alternating, if one fails the other takes over, and there's an alarm to warn you of any problem. I can finally sleep at night on a stormy day! So far it's been working perfectly. It arrived quickly, even in the midst the current pandemic.

Great protection
Only in use for 2 weeks but it does cycle both pumps, and I have tested alerts so all appears to perform perfectly. Easy to install and offers protection and peace of mind should a pump fail. I bought this after our basement flooded last fall due to pump failure. Almost $8,000.00 in damages and cleanup, never again!

Works as described
Seems to work well so far. Requires both floats to make before pumping. Make sure to install high water float. Both pumps must be on the same circuit. A little expensive.
