Not great initial experience but great customer service
This only my second order from Supply House. It was for a specific kit from Zolller Pumps. They had it in stock and sipped within a couple days. Unfortunately when I received it it was missing a (proprietary) mounting bracket. It was clear that the bracket had been removed from the packaging previously and nobody checked the kit before it was shipped. I called customer service when I received it, they asked me to take picture of the parts shipped and send to them. I did, and they shipped me a new kit (with all the parts) within a couple of days. 2 star for checking the package before shipping but 5 star for customer service after the sale for fixing the issue.
