- Castings - Model 137, all cast iron ASTM class 25, 2500# tensile strength.
- Corrosion resistant powder coated epoxy finish
- Durable cast iron construction - switch case motor and pump housing, base and impeller
- No sheet metal parts to rust or corrode
- Oil filled and hermetically sealed, automatic reset thermal overload protected (1 Ph) motor
- Upper and lower sleeve bearings running in bath of oil
- Carbon and ceramic shaft seal
- Stainless steel screws, bolts, guard, handle, arm and seal assembly
- Maximum temperature for effluent or dewatering 130°F (54°C) (extra duty 140°F 60°C)
- Passes 5/8" spherical solids
- No screens to clog
- 1-1/2" NPT discharge (1-1/2" x 2" PVC Adapter fitting included with BN & BE Models)

I might buy this pump again
This is the second same model I bought before. The first one only lasted 5 months. Most likely just a bad unit. Things do go wrong , it came with a three year warranty. I was able to get a replacement in two days.

So far it's doing the job
This pump is replacing the 20 yr old pump. That was originally installed. The only difference is that the new one is metal vs the old one that was plastic. So far the new one is doing a great job.

Pump for de-watering yard
Zoeller makes a solid pump, I would buy only this pump with float switch since I have had problems with the automatic m98. I give Zoeller high marks for customer service and standing by their warranties. However customer receive only one warranted pump.
The replacement pump I received burned a capacitor out after a year and a half of operation.
