Excellent
I recommend the cast iron impeller model. I had the plastic impeller model (only 2-years old) but it seized on a piece of concrete. I was able to clear it but not before trouble and water back up. The new cast iron impeller pump is running great and I have cleared the 30-year-old pit of all rocks - hopefully I'll be able to go up to 20 years with this pump like I did with previous Zeoller pump. Zeoller pumps have kept us dry from 1987 until this year when the pump locked up on the piece of cement.
