I would buy this product again
This product worked out great for me, I wish they sold the rubber flapper only in this size instead I had to buy the whole check valve to use the rubber flapper from it to change out the worn out flapper.

Excellent Check Valve for Sump Pumps
Beefy, Well constructed Check Valve / Union Combo by Zoeller. Very fair pricing. Can be used either vertically or horizontally. And (very important), can actually be separated if required to replace 'flapper' seal, remove obstructions, clean, etc. Even if this is required only once in five years, or never, it is comforting to know that access is easy and not time / labor intensive. Probably adds $4 or $5 to cost, but without this flexibility, your only option is to hacksaw the old Check Valve out, buy new check valve plus couplers / glue / etc. Why invite those issues when for so little additional in initial cost, serviceability is 'built in'? Highly recommended.

Supply your own flex connectors
Since it is called a Check Valve/Union I thought it might come with the flex connectors (No-Hub couplings). But it doesn't. You will have to buy those locally.

Check Valve
Easy to install. Looks like it can be repaired easy. Make a lot on noise when it slams shut. I do not know if it's my installation or what but it is LOUD.
