Does the job
The good:
Pumps uphill as expected. Very quick to empty a full basin against an 11 foot head. Quiet pump. Looks like it is built to last.
The needs work:
1) This appears to be something produced on-demand when ordered. It took me over a month from ordering to receive it. If this is for an at-need situation to resolve an active sewage issue, you may be disappointed.
2) The image on the web site looks nothing like what I received. Completely different.
3) The wiring document for the alarm system is very confusing. I called the tech line and they said it is common for even certified electricians to call with questions. If that is so, and they know of the problem, why don't they produce better documentation?
4) The alarm float kept getting stuck in the tank. It would alarm once, but then get stuck either on top of the pump or underneath the fill pipe. I had to reposition it to a better location so that it was reliable in repeat tests.
