expected to have it work right
My plumber had to reseat one of the check valves to get it to operate initially. Then 2 days later, I had to reseat the other check valve to keep it from spurting out water. So far it is ok, but I was expecting it to work flawlessly out of the box, not needing adjustments.
Shipping and timely delivery was well handled.

Q: If the 975 XL is discharging on a consistent basis would it just need to be rebuilt or would it be another issue with the buildings plumbing.?

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffIt is suggested that the unit be flushed out because any sort of sediment lodged into the assembly can cause discharge.
