The copper rings are called "crimps," and they work with this tool. The stainless steel rings with a lip are called "clamps." You would need a clamping tool with those rings. Crimp and clamp rings for PEX use the same fittings, so you can replace one with the other as long as you have the right tool and the fitting is in tact.
With Qest tubing, you must use the fittings, rings, and tools designed specifically for it by Zurn. This tool will not work.
