The new CrimpAll tool by Watts Radiant crimps four sizes of PEX pipe. This versatile new tool crimps any 3/8", 1/2 ", 5/8", and 3/4" standard PEX crimp fittings. The complete PEX Tool kit includes the CrimpAll tool with four jaw set sizes, rugged tool case, adjustment tools, and a "go/no-go" gauge. This tool uses the Black Copper rings in combination with standard PEX crimp fittings to make connections.
I used it with 3/4" & 1/2" PEX. Crimps perfectly consistently every time, once calibrated for the size, you're working with! Highest quality tool should last many years! When beginning with a new size, adjust for a very loose crimp and tighten adjustment 1/8th turn, per crimp until crimp gage says 'GO'. FOLLOW adjustment and size change INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! Insure crimp rings are completely inside jaws & that ring, pipe and fitting are properly in position, immediately before crimping. Must recalibrate tighten adjustment when changing sizes. Tool is 15" long & handles open to 22", plan your job accordingly. I believe this tool should be no more difficult to use than a similar tool by any manufacturer.

3/8-3/4 pex crimp all tool kit-by watts
works ok. definitely not as nice as the viega (understand of course its less than half the price - you definitely get what you pay for with this tool). its cumbersome to use and not as handy as one would think (its actually easier to use two separate tools of two separate sizes, i.e. this is definitely not a time saver. setting the crimping compression is not intuitive, there are too many different elements to adjust and in my opinion the viega gives a much more secure compression. i also feel like one is bound to lose pieces and or they'll wear out over time (too quickly). one is definitely better off going with the pricier viega crimper, the difference is night and day in this reviewers opinion.

Great Tool - Reliable Crimps
I bought this tool as my first experience with PEX. I am very pleased with the quality feel and consistent crimp quality.

Best professional connection to make!
Works great and the different sizes change easy. A little awkward in tighter spots but crimping is the best connection for professionals.

Easy to adjust and crimp.
The crimp ring installation requires little effort to compress the crimp ring. Once adjusted for the correct crimp compression the crimp tool did not need re-adustment.

Very good tool. Performed flawlessly. Overpriced when compared to Non-name-branded identical tools.

Worked great
My first attempt at working with Pex pipe and fittings turned out much better than I expected by using this tool. I replaced a dozen fittings and reran approx 200 ft of pipe in my basement. I used the go-no go gauge after each crimp and was elated when I pressurized everything without any leaks. Pros: multiple size crimp jaws so one tool can be used on many different size pipe.Con: one tool, I did a lot of 3/4 to 1/2 connections and having to change out the dies slowed the job down a bit. But since this tool is for personal use it works just fine and now I have one for any middle of the night/weekend emergencies.

Excellent tool & easy to use!
1st time using pex. Doing gut & remodel in 45 yr old home. This tool worked perfectly. I replaced all old lines with pex & I didn't have a single bad crimp or leak. I highly recommend it & it is of very high quality.

Great Tool!
I was hesitant at first to use any pex product being an old school copper and solder guy. This crimper made my transition to pex a very pleasant experience. I even had a carpenter on the job asking to try it out. A+

Good Tool
This tool is very easy to use. I have had no problems interchanging the different sizes. The only negative that I have experienced is that it can be challenging to use in tight spots. I have found that it is best to leave the pex down on the ground and then use the tool to crimp it together. When you have crimped it, then go ahead and anchor the pipe. It makes it much easier to get everything together.
Q: do you have to use your crimp rings or do any copper crimp rings work?

Q: I just Crimped my first fitting. Go/ Nogo says a good crimp. However, Should I grease the jaws where they contact the ring so they do not wear out? There was alot of roughness to the crimp ring.

Yes, we would recommend to lightly grease the unit.
