Customer service and returns were easy.
Purchased this control board due to my blower fan going out and it was suggested to change the control board. Part arrived very quickly! I Installed the new blower motor and the control board. Everything worked great until I called for AUX heat. (heat pump worked) when Aux heat selected the igniter would light but no gas. Check for power at the valve and had none. Installed my original control board and everything worked great. I informed customer service of the issue and told them what I found and they sent me a shipping label and refunded my money. Just luck of the draw. But costumer service was really easy to work with.

Works perfect. New and ready to work
Easy to install. I have an electrical background however I recommend taking detailed pictures of the old set up before unpluging everything from the old board. This will insure a smooth undoubted connection for possible troubleshooting issues. I hit on the mark first time but took my time to avoid errors.

Fast shipping and saved us tons of money
The repairman actually quoted us the wrong board came on here and found the right one. Came super fast and the hardest part was taking the old board off. But hubby had it changed out in about 30 mins. Just switched over 1 wire at time. The furnace fired right back up and saved us almost $700.00
