No Hot Water
The hot water tank was no longer hot. The code that was flashing indicated the gas valve was bad and that I needed another. I went on line and found SupplyHouse, they had what I needed and at a fair price. I ordered the gas valve and it was here the next day and in the hot water tank. My house back to normal.

Whirlpool gas control valve
I ordered a gas control valve thru supply house. The gas valve went out after 3 days. Supply house is not responsible for faulty valve. As most plumbers know whirlpool water heaters are notorious for control valve issues. The client has had nothing but problems with this tank from day one. They decided enough and we installed a AO SMITH. I HAVEN'T HAD THE TIME TO SEND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK TO SUPPLY HOUSE

Warranty claim
I had a defective gas control valve that was 2 months old. I called Supplyhouse after doing trouble shooting procedures. Hannah , in customer service handled my claim quickly. I received a new gas control valve by the next afternoon. After installing the new gas valve, the problem was solved. I have purchased other items from Supplyhouse but this was my first warranty claim and it was handled quickly and professionally.

Water Heater gas control module
Installation was good. The thermostat shaft was shorter than the original, but by compressing the out cover of the water heater I was able to install it.
