Easy to Find the Right Part and Fast Shipping
Our water heater's gas valve started acting up and I went online to AO Smith to buy a replacement. I couldn't even find their own gas valve on their site, so I googled it and the first thing that popped up was SupplyHouse with the exact model. Bought it immediately and it was shipped within days. Good to find the unit.
While I really wanted just the control board inside the controller, I was satisfied to buy the whole unit and just scavenge the control panel and try it in my existing unit, without having to go through the trouble of draining the tank and replacing the whole unit.
Would be nice to have found it on Google easier. Supply House did not show under any of my searches.

Part was correct. Fixed the issue
I could not get the old gas valve to come out of the tank. So I simply swapped the circuit card from the new to the old.

I would buy this product again, from this company..

Finally, a gas valve/thermostat that works!
When I purchased the water heater, it didn't work correctly and the manufacture sent me a new gas valve and it still didn't operate correctly!
We would run out of hot water and I would have to go outside and turn up the thermostat to make the water heater turn on.
Now works wonderfully even on the lowest setting!
