The ProLine Compact electric water heater is designed to take up as little room as possible and is the ideal choice for when installation space is limited to tight spaces such as under counters and in crawl spaces. With a 19.9-gallon (nominal) tank and 1 element delivering 2500 watts, the EJCT-20 is designed to fit into tight spaces.
Environmentally-friendly insulation and factory-installed heat trap nipples reduce heat loss for maximum energy savings.
This ProLine water heater is designed with A. O. Smith's superior commercial-grade tank protection. Advanced tank features include stainless steel CoreGard anode rod and Blue Diamond glass lining, all designed to help protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water and extend the life of the water heater. All of these features are accompanied by a 6-year limited tank warranty.

It came in banged up and the relief valve leaked
I saw the reviews and ignored them, this thing came in banged up and unfortunately the relief valve leaked after the install. The dents thankfully were towards the back of the unit so it could be unseen but the relief was a major pain because the supply house was a hour away

I needed a narrow wh for a replacement in a tight spot and this one did the trick!
I noticed some other comments about cosmetic damage from other feedback posts and the wh I received, did have a few very minor blemishes and the packaging was fine so must have happened at the manufacture site.
It works fine though so that's all I care about.

this product should be discontinued on the website
the heater looked as if it fell off the truck, then the truck backed up and ran it over. i called to ask for another one and if they could possibly make sure the next one was in a little better condition, they told me they would not repackage or guarantee the next one would not look the same.

I haven't hooked it up yet but …..
The first one came with a massive dent in it, sent that one back. It was in a thin box with no wrapping of any kind. Second one finally came once again thin box, they put a sliver of bubble wrap on one side, shouldn't have even bothered. There were small dents and scratches but my plumber needed to have it for the rough in, so I let it go. But come on …. Wrap your stuff properly!!!! This is not a cheap stuffed animal. This is an expensive appliance that needs to work properly. If it doesn't work I'll return it. Whoever ships your stuff should be fired.
